Be a tad careful with casual, attractive men - they are used to getting it easy since there is a lack of heterosexual men, they can be horrible womanizers. Stil, a fling (provided it is a safe one) can be fun. San Francisco has SO many fun neighborhoods, I'd recommend Japan Town definately, be careful in the Haight, and enjoy the tourist sites.
